Delicious Cream Scones By Erica Good Published: Tuesday 15th of November 2022 Prep: 00:30 Cook: 00:10 Total: 00:40 Serves 6 Cuisine: American Category: Breakfast, Dessert Print Ingredients 2 cups Baking Flour All Purpose1 Tablespoon Baking Powder3 Tablespoons Sugar, white1/2 teaspoon Pink Himalayan Sea Salt6 Tablespoons Amish Roll Butter, cold3/4 - 1 cup Whipping CreamMock Devonshire Cream4 ounces cream cheese, softened1/2 cup sour cream3 Tablespoons powdered sugar1/2 cup cool whip Instructions Mix together flour, baking powder, white sugar, and salt.Make a well in the crumbles and pour in cream.Mix only until it clings together. DO NOT OVERMIX OR OVER HANDLE.Divide into two batches.Place one batch on a floured surface and shape into a circle with the fought raised in the center of the circle.Cut into 6 wedges with a pizza cutter.Repeat with other batch.Bake at 425 degrees on a greased cookie sheet for approximately 10 minutes or until they are slightly brown on the bottom.Serve while warm with mock Devonshire cream and raspberry jam.Mock Devonshire CreamMix together in order given.
