1 1/2 lbs. Dutch Country milk chocolate melting wafers
1/2 lb. Dutch Country semi-sweet gourmet chocolate chips
Melt chocolate, in double boiler on low heat on stove
Instructions
Peanut Butter Balls
Mix together in order given.
Shape into 1 inch balls with cookie scoop.
Freeze.
Melted Chocolate
Use toothpicks to insert into frozen peanut butter balls and role in melted chocolate. (This works best if the peanut butter balls are very frozen! I like to put little swirl on top of the ball.)
Freeze again, then remove and place in containers to keep in freezer, or serve.
