Flour2 tbsp. vegetable oil1 ½ tsp. Pink Himalayan Sea Salt½ tsp. Oregano⅛ tsp. Garlic PowderToppings¼ c. Coconut Oil, melted½ c. Mrs. Miller’s Pasta Sauce1 lb. fried sausageDesired amount sliced fresh pepperDesired amount of green onionDesired amount of mushrooms3 c. shredded mozzarella1 - 8 oz. pkg. pepperoni2 tbsp. shredded parmesan Instructions Crust Part 1Mix yeast, sugar, and warm water together and let stand 5 minutes.Crust Part 2Add all Part 2 ingredients to the Part 1 yeast mixture and mix approx. 5 min., or until dough is smooth and elastic to touch.Begin to knead dough, add approximately 1 ½ c. more flour, or until dough is elastic.Let rise, covered, until double in size; approximately 30 minutes.Next, flatten the dough and it is ready to use!PizzaPreheat oven to 400 degrees.Place the melted coconut oil into a large cast iron pizza pan.To the side, roll the pizza dough into a size slightly larger than your pan.Transfer the dough to your pan and “press” it to fit.Spread the sauce onto the dough and add sausage and veggies.Bake for 10 minutes.After 10 minutes, remove from oven and add mozzarella cheese, followed by pepperoni, and top with parmesan cheese.Bake for another 10 minutes, approximately.
