Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs⅓ c. Amish Roll Butter, melted¼ tsp. Garlic Powder, ¼ tsp. Chili Powder, ¼ tsp. Pepper, ½ tsp. Poultry Seasoning, 1 tsp. Pink Himalayan Sea Salt, 1 ⅓ c. Crisped Rice Cereal⅔ c. Flour, Fresh Parsley, to taste Instructions Preheat oven to 275 degrees.For easy cleanup, line your baking sheet with aluminum foil, then spray with cooking spray.Mix together spices, cereal, and flour (excluding parsley).Roll chicken thighs in melted butter, coat with flour mixture, then place in pan.Sprinkle with fresh parsley.Bake approximately 1 hour or until meat thermometer reads 170 degrees.
